Completion Commitment

As consultants, we bring extensive experience in executive compensation to our search clients. We can add an extra dimension to the important task of preparing and presenting an offer package. We do not consider our work complete until an offer has been delivered and accepted.
 
We have on-going, long term contact with virtually all of our clients. We hold ourselves available for counsel as needed to make the new hire successful. We stay in touch.

Ethical, high value performance is our principal business objective, measured by client satisfaction.
 

Search Structure, Arrangement, and Fees
 

We commence all assignments with a proposal of services document which details work to be performed, time schedules, personnel assigned and cost and billing arrangements. Our charges for search services consist of fees and expenses. At the beginning of an assignment, we develop a fee and expense
budget for client approval. We work on an exclusive, non contingent basis.
 
Our fee budget is developed after we understand the scope of the search. The budget is unique to the engagement, and it is based on our assessment of the search effort required.
